Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data on the “Measurme” Service

1. General provisions

1.1. Preamble

This Policy on the Processing and Protection of PERSONAL DATA (hereinafter — the “Policy”) is developed in accordance with the applicable requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of personal data protection, applies to all information that LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may obtain about individuals during their use of the “Measurme” SERVICE, and is an integral part of the User Agreement.

With regard to the procedure for protecting the PERSONAL DATA of individuals, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” is governed by the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”

An individual’s use of the SERVICE constitutes unconditional consent to this Policy and to the conditions for processing and protecting PERSONAL DATA set out therein. Should the Data Subject disagree with the Policy, use of the SERVICE must be ceased immediately.

LLC “EUDAIMONIA” publishes the Policy on the SERVICE and also provides unrestricted access to it to any person who personally contacts LLC “EUDAIMONIA.”

LLC “EUDAIMONIA” does not verify the accuracy of the PERSONAL DATA provided by the Data Subject or their legal capacity. The Data Subject warrants that all data are accurate, up to date, and do not violate the legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. Definitions

1.2.1. PERSONAL DATA OWNER (hereinafter the “OWNER,” “LLC EUDAIMONIA,” “LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY EUDAIMONIA”) — a legal entity that determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the composition of such data and the procedures for their processing. The OWNER within the meaning of this Policy is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “EUDAIMONIA” (above and hereinafter — “LLC EUDAIMONIA”). LLC “EUDAIMONIA” (EDRPOU code 44308450), located at: Ukraine, 79034, Lviv region, city of Lviv, Kamianetska Street, building 38a, 3.

1.2.2. PERSONAL DATA — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual: a USER or a PSYCHOTHERAPIST.

1.2.3. DATA SUBJECT — an individual whose PERSONAL DATA are processed in connection with the use of the SERVICE. A DATA SUBJECT is understood to mean a USER and a PSYCHOTHERAPIST.

1.2.4. USER — any individual who has used the SERVICE and completed the relevant registration steps on the SERVICE. To register on the SERVICE, an individual must be at least 18 years of age and have full civil legal capacity. An individual who has not reached the required age undertakes to refrain from using the Service.

1.2.5. PSYCHOTHERAPIST — a type of USER with a special status determined by the functionality of the SERVICE. A PSYCHOTHERAPIST may act as a THIRD PARTY in relation to the PERSONAL DATA of USERS with the ordinary status of USER.

1.2.6. SERVICE is understood to mean the “Measurme” service, which is an information system and software (applications) created to conclude and provide services between PSYCHOTHERAPISTS and USERS.

1.2.7. PROFILE — information about the USER or PSYCHOTHERAPIST provided by them when completing the SERVICE fields, which allows the USER or PSYCHOTHERAPIST to be unambiguously identified in the course of their use of the SERVICE.

1.2.8. CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT (hereinafter “CONSENT”) — any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the DATA SUBJECT’s wishes, by way of clear affirmative action, confirming agreement to the processing of PERSONAL DATA in accordance with the stated aims and purposes of their processing.

1.2.9. If the USER previously provided CONSENT to LLC “EUDAIMONIA” for the processing of their PERSONAL DATA, the USER has the right to freely withdraw such consent at any time by sending an appropriate notice. If the USER withdraws their consent and LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has no other legal grounds for processing their personal information, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” will cease processing the USER’s personal data. If LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has another legal basis for processing the USER’s information, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may continue to do so in accordance with the USER’s lawful rights.

1.2.10. CONTRACT — an agreement under which the processing of the USER’s data is carried out as necessary for the performance of the contract that the USER has with LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” or because LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has requested the USER to take specific steps before entering into that contract. CONTRACT also means the basis for processing PERSONAL DATA defined in clause 3 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”

1.2.11. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS means the basis for processing PERSONAL DATA defined in clause 6 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” namely: the necessity of protecting the interests of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” or of a third party to whom PERSONAL DATA are transferred, except where the need to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the DATA SUBJECT in connection with the processing of their data overrides such interests. The exhaustive list of LEGITIMATE INTERESTS of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” includes:

  1. obtaining information about the USER’s behaviour on the SERVICE;
  2. developing and improving the operation of the SERVICE;
  3. an interest enabling LLC “EUDAIMONIA” to improve, customise, or modify services and communications;
  4. determining the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns of LLC “EUDAIMONIA”;
  5. enhancing security and data protection;
  6. Legitimate interests apply only in cases where they are not overridden by the rights and interests of the User.

1.2.12. THIRD PARTY — any person, except the DATA SUBJECT, the OWNER, or the PROCESSOR of PERSONAL DATA, to whom PERSONAL DATA are transferred by the OWNER or PROCESSOR of PERSONAL DATA.

1.3.

The Policy applies to PERSONAL DATA obtained both before and after the approval of this Policy.

1.4.

LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right to make changes to this Policy. The making of changes is reflected by a change of the date in the heading of the Policy. The date in the heading of the Policy corresponds to the date of the latest update of the Policy. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the internet at: https://app.measurme.com/, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” ensures unrestricted access for all interested data subjects to the changes made to the Policy.

1.5. Purpose of personal data processing

  1. providing DATA SUBJECTS with access to the functional capabilities of the SERVICE;
  2. for the purpose of concluding and performing transactions on the SERVICE to which the DATA SUBJECT is a party, or which are concluded for the benefit of the DATA SUBJECT;
  3. conducting promotions, surveys, interviews, testing, and research by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” on the SERVICE;
  4. providing services by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” under a contract concluded with the DATA SUBJECT;
  5. verification of the DATA SUBJECT on the SERVICE;
  6. providing DATA SUBJECTS with the SERVICE, as well as information about the development and implementation by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” of new SERVICE features, services, or promotions;
  7. sending information mailings (commercial electronic messages), including by email, as well as sending push notifications, SMS messages, and making calls to the telephone number specified in the PROFILE. Such mailings may be carried out using the technical infrastructure (servers) of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” or of third parties. If the USER does not wish to receive mailings, the USER has the right to contact LLC “EUDAIMONIA” by submitting a request to opt out of receiving advertising materials, sending it to the postal address of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” or to the email address info@measurme.com; the USER may also opt out of further receipt of such messages directly by following the hyperlink in the commercial electronic message;
  8. feedback with DATA SUBJECTS, including processing their requests and enquiries, informing them about the operation of the SERVICE; control and improvement of the quality of the services of LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” including those offered on the SERVICE;
  9. generating statistical reporting;
  10. conducting economic activity;
  11. processing and distribution of anonymised data of DATA SUBJECTS collected via internet-statistics services that serve to gather information about the actions of DATA SUBJECTS on the SERVICE, and to improve the quality of the SERVICE and its content;
  12. sending DATA SUBJECTS informational and advertising messages by means of email and SMS;
  13. performing other functions, powers, and obligations imposed on LLC “EUDAIMONIA” by the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Composition of personal data

2.1. PERSONAL DATA of the USER subject to processing in connection with the provision of access to the Service:

  1. surname, first name, or pseudonym (at the discretion of the DATA SUBJECT);
  2. age;
  3. telephone number;
  4. position, occupation, specialty, and field of professional interests;
  5. email address;
  6. psychotherapy topics of interest to the DATA SUBJECT;
  7. data on the number of consultations conducted via the SERVICE;
  8. the fact of having psychotherapy experience;
  9. other data specified by the Data Subject and/or necessary for the proper provision of services, including data on the state of health, worldview beliefs, and sex life of the User.

2.2. PERSONAL DATA subject to processing for a USER with the status of PSYCHOTHERAPIST:

  1. surname, first name, and patronymic;
  2. date of birth (day, month, year);
  3. citizenship;
  4. social-media profile data;
  5. telephone number;
  6. email address;
  7. information about education (including retraining and/or additional-education programmes);
  8. documents confirming education;
  9. a medical specialist’s certificate or a certificate of a qualification category (if any);
  10. information about the number of clients.

The Service also collects and processes anonymised data about visitors (including cookies) by means of internet-statistics services (Google Analytics and others).

2.3. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” ensures that the content and volume of the PERSONAL DATA processed correspond to the declared aims and purposes of processing and, where necessary, takes measures to eliminate their excessiveness in relation to the declared aims and purposes of processing.

2.4. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life. The processing of PERSONAL DATA relating to health and sex life is carried out solely on the condition that the DATA SUBJECT provides unambiguous consent to the processing of such data.

2.5. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may transfer certain PERSONAL DATA of Users in encrypted form for storage to THIRD PARTIES — service providers, including those that conduct business outside the territory of Ukraine (cross-border data transfer), but in states that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. These service providers are obliged under the relevant agreements to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with the instructions of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” and for a clearly defined purpose. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” requires them to properly protect USERS’ data from loss, distortion, or unauthorised access and to keep them confidential.

2.6. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may grant access to certain categories of PERSONAL DATA of USERS (surname, first name or pseudonym, age, the fact of having psychotherapy experience, and other data) to third parties — PSYCHOTHERAPISTS who provide services to the USER — for the purpose of sending informational messages and the proper provision of services.

2.7. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” is not obliged to verify the accuracy of the PERSONAL DATA provided by USERS and does not monitor the legal capacity of Users. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” proceeds on the basis that the USER:

2.7.1. provides accurate and sufficient PERSONAL DATA, including in response to the questions offered in the PROFILE-creation form, and keeps this information up to date;

2.7.2. has all the necessary rights enabling them to register and use the SERVICE;

2.7.3. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” processes the PERSONAL DATA of DATA SUBJECTS for the purpose of performing the Agreement between LLC “EUDAIMONIA” and those subjects. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” the DATA SUBJECT’s consent to the processing of their personal data is given upon registration in the information and telecommunications system of the SERVICE of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” by marking the field granting permission to process their PERSONAL DATA in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing; such consent is valid for three years from the moment of last use of the SERVICE and may be withdrawn on the basis of a written application by the DATA SUBJECT in any form.

2.8. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” strictly complies with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of personal data protection. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” warrants that the PERSONAL DATA collected by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” are necessary and sufficient to achieve the purposes of collection and processing set out in this Policy.

3. Confidentiality of personal data

3.1. Information relating to PERSONAL DATA is confidential information and is protected by the legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” does not provide or disclose information containing PERSONAL DATA to any THIRD PARTY without the written CONSENT of the DATA SUBJECT, except in cases expressly provided for by legislation and this Policy.

3.3. Upon a reasoned request, solely for the performance of powers and functions imposed by the legislation of Ukraine, the PERSONAL DATA of a DATA SUBJECT may be transferred by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” without their consent:

  • to judicial authorities in connection with the administration of justice;
  • to state security authorities;
  • to the prosecutor’s office;
  • to the police authorities;
  • to investigative authorities;
  • to other authorities and organisations in cases established by regulatory legal acts that are mandatory for compliance.

3.4. Employees and contractors of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” who process personal data do not disclose the Personal Data being processed. Employees and contractors of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” who have obtained access to the personal data being processed are warned of possible disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal liability in the event of a violation of the norms and requirements of Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” warrants that non-disclosure agreements have been concluded with all employees who will obtain access to PERSONAL DATA.

4. Procedures and methods of personal data processing

4.1. The processing of Personal Data by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” is carried out by the following methods:

  1. non-automated processing of personal data;
  2. automated processing of personal data with or without transmission of the obtained information over information and telecommunications networks;
  3. mixed processing of personal data.

4.2. The list of actions carried out by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” with Personal Data: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), anonymisation, blocking, destruction, transfer to third parties (including outside Ukraine), as well as the performance of any other actions in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

4.3. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” processes PERSONAL DATA on the following grounds:

  1. CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT;
  2. CONTRACT;
  3. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS.

4.4. The DATA SUBJECT makes the decision to provide their PERSONAL DATA and gives CONSENT freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

4.5. CONSENT is given in any form that allows the fact of its receipt to be confirmed, including by performing the actions indicated on the SERVICE. CONSENT to this Policy means the DATA SUBJECT’s grant of CONSENT to the processing of their PERSONAL DATA.

4.6. The DATA SUBJECT agrees that the contact details they provide upon registration will, from the moment of their entry on the SERVICE and confirmation, be automatically included in the news-mailing system of LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” including advertising and other information.

4.7. A condition for ceasing the processing of PERSONAL DATA may be the achievement of the purposes of processing PERSONAL DATA, the expiry of the CONSENT, or the withdrawal of CONSENT by the DATA SUBJECT, as well as the detection of unlawful processing of PERSONAL DATA.

4.8. CONSENT may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the address of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” by registered mail or by email to: info@measurme.com.

4.9. When processing PERSONAL DATA, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” takes, or ensures the taking of, the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect PERSONAL DATA from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, or distribution of PERSONAL DATA, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to PERSONAL DATA.

4.10. Storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows the DATA SUBJECT to be identified for no longer than required by the purpose of processing the PERSONAL DATA, except where the period of storage of PERSONAL DATA is established by law or contract.

4.11. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right to transfer the PERSONAL DATA of DATA SUBJECTS who are USERS to PSYCHOTHERAPISTS for the proper provision of the PSYCHOTHERAPIST’s services to the USER, as well as to other THIRD PARTIES where necessary to prevent a threat to life and health, and in cases established by the laws of Ukraine. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right to transfer the PERSONAL DATA of DATA SUBJECTS who are PSYCHOTHERAPISTS to USERS, as part of LLC “EUDAIMONIA’s” performance of its obligations to the PSYCHOTHERAPIST, as well as to other THIRD PARTIES where necessary to prevent a threat to life and health, and in cases established by the legislation of Ukraine.

4.12. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” does not disclose information about the specific means and methods used to ensure the information security of PERSONAL DATA, in order to ensure an appropriate level of protection of PERSONAL DATA in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

4.13. If a DATA SUBJECT of the SERVICE has made their PERSONAL DATA, or part thereof, available to an unlimited number of persons, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right not to process such PERSONAL DATA and bears no responsibility for them.

4.14. At the same time, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right to process and publish anonymised data of a DATA SUBJECT, such as sex, age, profession, emotional state, and other data, for the purpose of analysis, refinement, and modification of the SERVICE. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” also has the right to post anonymised statistical data on the internet, at conferences, and to provide analytics to THIRD PARTIES, and the DATA SUBJECT gives consent to this.

5. Rights of data subjects

5.1. The DATA SUBJECT makes the decision to provide their PERSONAL DATA and gives CONSENT to their processing freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

5.2. The DATA SUBJECT has the right to require LLC “EUDAIMONIA” to clarify their PERSONAL DATA, block, or destroy it where the PERSONAL DATA are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take other measures provided by law to protect their rights.

5.3. The DATA SUBJECT has the right to require the withdrawal of their CONSENT to the processing of PERSONAL DATA. In this case, SERVICE services cannot be provided to the DATA SUBJECT.

5.4. To exercise the above rights, the DATA SUBJECT has the right to contact LLC “EUDAIMONIA” with an appropriate request. To fulfil the request, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” has the right to request additional information.

5.5. The information must be provided to the DATA SUBJECT by LLC “EUDAIMONIA” in an accessible form and must not contain the PERSONAL DATA of other DATA SUBJECTS, except where there are lawful grounds for disclosing such PERSONAL DATA.

5.6. The DATA SUBJECT has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their PERSONAL DATA, including:

  • confirmation of the fact of processing of personal data by LLC “EUDAIMONIA”;
  • the legal grounds and purposes of processing the Personal Data;
  • the purpose and methods of processing personal data by LLC “EUDAIMONIA”;
  • the name and location of LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” information about persons who have access to PERSONAL DATA or to whom PERSONAL DATA may be disclosed on the basis of non-disclosure agreements with LLC “EUDAIMONIA”;
  • the PERSONAL DATA relating to the respective DATA SUBJECT and the source from which they were obtained, unless a different procedure for obtaining such data is established by legislation;
  • the periods of processing of personal data, including the periods of their storage;
  • information about cross-border data transfers that have been carried out or are envisaged;
  • the name or surname, first name, patronymic, and address of the person who processes personal data on behalf of LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” if processing is or will be entrusted to such a person;
  • other information provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

The period for processing and responding to such a request is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of its receipt by LLC “EUDAIMONIA.”

5.7. The DATA SUBJECT’s right to access their personal data may be limited by particular regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.

5.8. Persons who have provided LLC “EUDAIMONIA” with inaccurate information about themselves, or information about another DATA SUBJECT without the latter’s consent, are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

6. Security of personal data

6.1. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” takes the necessary technical and organisational information-security measures to protect PERSONAL DATA from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, through internal reviews of data collection, storage, and processing processes and security measures, as well as physical data-security measures to prevent unauthorised access to PERSONAL DATA.

6.2. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” does not place PERSONAL DATA on publicly accessible internet resources, since such placement does not correspond to the purposes of collecting and processing PERSONAL DATA. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” warrants that access to Personal Data is not granted to a third party if that party refuses to undertake obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” or is unable to ensure them. Under no circumstances will LLC “EUDAIMONIA” bear responsibility for the consequences of a DATA SUBJECT independently providing their PERSONAL DATA about themselves for general access by an unlimited number of persons, including by posting this information on publicly accessible internet resources.

6.3. In any case, the DATA SUBJECT has the right to request from LLC “EUDAIMONIA” information about the conditions for granting access to their PERSONAL DATA, in particular information about the THIRD PARTIES to whom their personal data are transferred.

6.4. In order to ensure the possibility of normal use of the SERVICE, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may use the services of THIRD PARTIES. Under no circumstances will LLC “EUDAIMONIA” bear responsibility for a breach of confidentiality of PERSONAL DATA that occurred accidentally or as a result of unlawful actions with it by THIRD PARTIES. The DATA SUBJECT acknowledges and understands that all PERSONAL DATA are provided by them at their own risk and under their personal responsibility, and in the event of any unlawful actions by third parties in relation to PERSONAL DATA, the DATA SUBJECT agrees to direct claims and lawsuits directly against such persons.

6.5. The DATA SUBJECT understands and agrees that absolute protection of information from the threats that exist on the internet cannot be ensured. The DATA SUBJECT hereby gives their unconditional and irrevocable consent for LLC “EUDAIMONIA” to determine a sufficient level of personal data protection and the methods and place (territory) of their storage.

6.6. The DATA SUBJECT understands and agrees that the maximum possible liability of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” to them for a violation of personal data protection legislation cannot exceed one thousand hryvnias.

7. Measures to ensure the protection of personal data

7.1. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” takes the following technical measures aimed at ensuring the established level of protection of personal data during their processing in the information systems of LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” namely:

  • LLC “EUDAIMONIA” is the person responsible for ensuring the security of PERSONAL DATA in the information systems of the SERVICE;
  • creates secure conditions for the premises housing the information systems, preventing the possibility of uncontrolled entry into, or presence in, the premises by persons who do not have the right of access to those premises;
  • ensures the safekeeping of PERSONAL DATA carriers;
  • ensures the use of information-security protection tools where the application of such tools is necessary to neutralise current threats;
  • ensures the backup and recovery of PERSONAL DATA, the operability of hardware and software, and information-security protection tools in personal data information systems that have been modified or destroyed as a result of unauthorised access to them;
  • ensures the availability of certified antivirus software with regularly updated databases;
  • ensures compliance with the conditions that ensure the security of PERSONAL DATA and exclude unauthorised access to them;
  • detects instances of unauthorised access to PERSONAL DATA and takes measures;
  • carries out other measures established by the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

8. Cookies

8.3. During a visit to the SERVICE, the following cookies may be used:

  • first-party cookies are set by the SERVICE and can be read only by the SERVICE;
  • third-party cookies are set by other organisations whose services are used by LLC “EUDAIMONIA.” For example, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” uses third-party analytics services, and the providers of those services set cookies on behalf of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” to report to LLC “EUDAIMONIA” which sections of the SERVICE are popular and which are not. Such providers include, for example:

8.4. If the Data Subject does not wish to receive cookies, they can configure their browser to receive a notification each time an attempt is made to send cookies, or to reject all cookies. Existing cookies can also be deleted. If the Data Subject wishes to restrict or block cookies placed on their device, they can do so via the browser settings in accordance with the instructions in that browser’s help. Instructions on how to do this in a mobile-device browser should be provided in the device manual.

8.5. The SERVICE may contain links to other sites that are beyond the control of LLC “EUDAIMONIA” and outside the jurisdiction of this policy. The owners of those sites may collect information about visitors and use it in accordance with their own policy, which may differ from the policy of LLC “EUDAIMONIA.”

9. Final provisions

9.1. After registering on the SERVICE, the DATA SUBJECT may receive periodic mailings (informational, advertising, and other) to the registered email address and/or mobile telephone number.

9.2. The DATA SUBJECT may receive mailings to their email address and mobile telephone number. They have the right to unsubscribe from receiving emails and/or SMS messages at any time using the special link placed at the end of each message.

9.3. LLC “EUDAIMONIA” takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and currency of the PERSONAL DATA it holds, as well as to delete PERSONAL DATA where they are outdated, inaccurate, or redundant, or where the purpose of their processing has been achieved.

9.4. DATA SUBJECTS are responsible for providing LLC “EUDAIMONIA” with accurate information, as well as for timely updating of the data in the event of any changes.

9.5. Where a DATA SUBJECT wishes to find out what PERSONAL DATA about them LLC “EUDAIMONIA” holds, or to supplement, correct, anonymise, or delete any incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated PERSONAL DATA, or wishes to cease the processing of their PERSONAL DATA, or has other lawful requirements, the DATA SUBJECT may, in the proper manner and in accordance with applicable legislation, exercise such a right by contacting LLC “EUDAIMONIA” at the email address info@measurme.com.

9.6. At the same time, in certain cases (for example, if the DATA SUBJECT wishes to delete their PERSONAL DATA or cease their processing), the fact of such a request via the SERVICE or by sending a request by email may mean that LLC “EUDAIMONIA” will no longer be able to provide the DATA SUBJECT with access to the SERVICE, and the contract with the DATA SUBJECT will be terminated.

9.7. To fulfil the requests of a DATA SUBJECT, LLC “EUDAIMONIA” may require the identity of the DATA SUBJECT to be established and request additional information confirming their participation in relations with LLC “EUDAIMONIA,” or information that otherwise confirms the fact of processing of PERSONAL DATA by LLC “EUDAIMONIA.” In addition, the applicable legislation of Ukraine may establish restrictions and other conditions relating to the above-mentioned rights of DATA SUBJECTS.

9.8. A court’s finding that individual provisions of this Policy are invalid / do not comply with the provisions of Ukrainian legislation does not mean that the Policy is invalid as a whole.
